Order Instructions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You may call or fax in your order with your credit card information. Phone: 805-929-3788 Or you may email us at gemcrafts@sphereheaven.com with a specific description of the items you wish to order. PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH ITEMS YOU ARE ORDERING, ITEM NUMBER, DESCRIPTION, SIZE AND PRICE. Any other comments or special instructions should also be noted. For example, "ship to me in care of XYZ Company name" or "send via UPS 2nd Day Air". All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Paypal does not compute postage correctly when ordering multiple items at the same time. If there is any over charge on postage we will refund the difference. Please note that California residents will be charged APPLICABLE
sales tax.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & SPECIAL ORDERS G & G Gemcrafts adheres to the following policies and procedures regarding returned items, canceled orders and special merchandise orders: 1. It is the policy of this business to accommodate the customer to the fullest extent possible. Satisfaction of the customer is of paramount importance. A full refund or credit will be provided to the customer provided merchandise being returned is in like new condition and can be restocked into inventory for resale "as is". Merchandise returned requiring repair or refurbishment will be discounted to cover repair or refurbishment. 2. Special orders will require a deposit of 25% of the final purchase price before being ordered. Orders canceled before merchandise is delivered will incur a 10% stocking fee before a refund is paid. 3. Special orders, telephone orders and items submitted for repair will be delivered to the customer on site at 110 W. Bennett St., Nipomo, CA., or shipped as requested (via US mail or special delivery service) upon payment of all charges including cost of shipping. Telephone orders require credit card or cleared check payment before shipment can be made. Please contact the management for any questions or additional clarification concerning these policies.
